What’s nice about fate as well is that due to the nature of the series you can just create a completely random pool of characters and create a unique scenario.
there are hundreds of different characters different versions of the same servant - etc. etc
so I’m not limited by any pre-existing story, like say Fate/Zero for example
I know you played the first fate/ mafia game I hosted on TB, that one was also an amalgamation of different stories and characters, like you had some overlap with the two indies being from the Babylonia singularity; Beast of Disaster and Grand Assassin
Then you had for example Waver, Iskandar, Gilgamesh, Artoria, Lancelot from FZ, Shirou , Rin and Kirei from FSN, then you have some random other servants in there from various other stories, like Arash, Holy Grail Irisviel, Jeanne d’Arc (Alter), Jason and Leonardo daVinci.
While in that game you could largely kinda flavour solve if you wanted to, this time around knowing the player base here as well, characters may be in unexpected alignments
Unlike the first game which was more a reg type game, this will be a trad style and a little lighter than the first. Mostly because I need to figure out a system for myself how to organise and process actions more proficiently and reliably
so for me it’s more of a training game, but that’s not to take away from the creativity and fun of the game for the players!
