Getting 12 players around at the same time might be tough. Potentially reduce it to 9 and then see, maybe? The Reaper is cool though, can just take away the Mafia and the Town power roles and have a Serial and a Reaper

Or reduce the amount of souls required from 3 to 2 for the Death Reaper since it's one less round give or take with 3 less players
