Not just truth tells. There's a decent number of commonly-used rules that can be recommended but can be optional, depending on the experience the host wants to present.

Blech as much as I like 1 week Day phases, and I started on 2 week Day phases, anything more than 2 weeks is excessive. (Honestly anything more than 1 week can be a little excessive.)

if we're talking in general terms than yeah I would recommend quite a few rules to the host and would love to see everyone enforce them
