Zoro isn't a character that is given things for free, anything and everything he attains its through either his strength or a sacrifice.
Nothing in the story Zoro is given for free.
Sanji on the contrary is given free power ups he doesn't need to train as seriously as Zoro he doesn't need to be Zoro. He understands that and also Sanji knows his place within the crew that's why when Kuma showed up he's willing to give himself up to keep Zoro on the crew, this also applies to Wano with Queen.
If Sanji goes berserk only person he knows who'd kill him (not extreme-diff/high-diff) is Zoro.
