Both Marco and Chopper is currently engaged in combat right now so I don't think Sanji will drop Zoro there soon. Hiyori is the only one that can heal him but she can't magically fix all of Zoro's broken bones.

I think he will but not on the live floor.
Zoro has no business there, he should meet Hiyori and end his real Wano plotline killing Orochi.
Then Marco helps him and Zoro kills Kaido.

It shall presumably be Chopper from a logistic point of it.

Marco still far and fighting off King.

Chopper looks the most feasible option, he can assist Zoro whilst Sanji fights off Queen.

Personally I think he will later. I think Perospero is about to shoot him and take him out of commission, that way chopper (who will be paralyzed) will have to teach someone how to heal Marco first, and heal Zoro so that when Marco gets up later he can heal Zoro and it seem like much less of an asspull

Probably Marco or Chopper will heal him and four people will have to fight 2 calamities(Izo,kawamatsu,Sanji,Marco/Chopper)until he comes back

Sanji will stall both king and queen, so marco can heal zoro, just like enies lobby zoro being handicapped with handcuff

after that it will be king vs zoro and sanji vs queen,

I was aeguining with people(hardcore zoro fans)who belive zoro in current condition will beat king who will be nearly fine at begining of fight
