Heavily doubt all out Marco has offense half as good as this, which PM tanked.

PM's resurrection allows him to come back even stronger than he was before, this is far more OP than Marco's regen, and Child Emperor had to use cheap tactics in order to remove the phoenix suit, he would've lost otherwise, despite massively powerful attacks like the one above.

Phoenix Man has unlimited potential with revives. He can theoretically become universal if he’s killed enough lol.

Marco wins considering he was reacting to light speed attacks. PM hasn't shown anything a quarter as impressive, nor scaling wise does his upper limits suggest he has Admiral level AP or even Yonko Commander level AP lol. Marco basically strolls around and beats this wannabe up until PM begs for mercy or his mental limits are reached.

I doubt he can truly resurrect as DFs spam somewhere else once the user dies

Awakening would prevent him dying as he be true Phoenix. Only way to kill Macro will be killing every atom in his system until nothing left like Phoenix Man. If so then this would be kinda a stalemate as neither can die.

We don't know anyway. No infos about how to kill Marco so I'll assume he ain't nigh immortal for now at least.

Still if same as the lore and knowing Oda, he usually goes with Lores a lot, so could be true about Macro on full power of his DF can do as if it can heal, think of what it can do for user as well.

I think Marco is not like Majin Buu but his regeneration is pretty strong nevertheless

Well we need to see when his full power is, but again if it's like real lore of a Phoenix you can't kill him with destroying his body completely.

Though still feel like Phoenix got more to his overall.

The fight with Child Emperor got changed almost completely. Phoenix Man is not as impressive design wise (big minus), he doesn’t evolve into majestic powerful forms, and doesn’t tank the Millenium Nova because that attack literally doesn’t exist anymore lmfao.

He did keep his ressurection ability, but it’s just not as impressive.

They were both retconned to stay in line with future events i suppose. But still disappointing, Phoenix Man was one of my favorite monsters.
