Monster is a officer on his own, he could easily have a mythical zoan (personally i think king kong df would be amazing)
Marco is done after this war he is tired of seeing people die around him
Bonk Punch and Lime Juice are kinda just filler placements
Also no one has really been a stand out as 3rd strongest on bbp, so personally i assume its 10th captain for now

Marco appearance is a consistent one. When he appeared in Marine Fort a new era happened. Now Marco appears in Wano. The phoenix bird appearance was said to represent 2 things in mythology. A new era or great prosperity. There is one other thing to consider. There is a special location the Phoenix travels to be reborn where it basically dies. It is said this is a heavenly sun city or paradise. This is the final resting place.

The flower capital seem to be a representation of the myth "Paradise" the home Buddha of Infinite Light. What is special about this place is that it represent a place where divine creatures live where one is awakened.
