I mean logically normal CoO should also be enough to know where your opponent will attack and you shape shift accordingly.
But this isn't what manga is telling us as Katakuri is directly stated Future Sight as the ability to enable him to shape shift.
I guess shapeshifting takes time and effort and an opponent has to know the attack more in advanced than normal CoO to do so.
It must be noted that Admirals are the only logia users who have shown this shape shifting. If I recall correctly neither Enel nor Crocodile did but Enel's CoO is pretty advanced anyways
So Admirals have already shown Advanced CoA barrier.
Garp vs Aokiji suggests Aokiji probably has Advanced CoC too
And they have very effective future sight
And Kizaru can match Swordman Rayleigh in Swordsmanship.
And Aokiji can match Brawler Garp in Brawling.
So one Admiral can match someone who was Pirate King level swordsman in Swordsmanship
Another admiral can match Pirate king level Brawler in Brawling
And every Admiral seemed comparable if not superior to Whitebeard physically in Marine Ford.

But Admirals are seeming very very very fucking impressive right now.
I think at least Colored Trio Admirals are above Yonko
