Current Events Massive timeline plot hole (the sulong full moon)

#23
we never got more than one moon on panel
the globe at ohara is very old, those other moons might be destroyed long ago
everybody in one piece refers to the same moon

oda doesn't care, maybe i shouldn't too
dont think he doesnt care, moon lore is an endgame thing as there are many theories regarding the moon and ancient civ.

some moons getting destroyed is interesting tho, but ohara is not that far in the past.

As far as we know the moon rotates around the earth faster in one piece
one piece world is so much bigger than our's, but that still could be the case
moon lore is an endgame thing as there are many theories regarding the moon and ancient civ.
that's for sure
some moons getting destroyed is interesting tho, but ohara is not that far in the past.
the space pirates might have something to do with the disappearance of the other moons, or some other alien civ
The OP world having six moons (at least) helps explain why the tides of the Grand Line are so wild and unpredictable...can’t believe I’ve been reading this series for years and I’m just now putting that together :christindeed::laughmoji:
do you mean the multiple moons somehow maintains the weird balance in the one piece natural phenomena, i always thought it's because of the red line
that's pretty interesting, i must look further into that

I’m only speculating since science is not my forte, but I know the moon controls our world’s tides, so multiplying that by six would reasonably lead to oceans with currents that change on a whim at various speeds. We obviously don’t have Sea Kings or any of the wackier phenomenon we’ve seen in the series, but now I think that could be part of what makes the OP waters so choppy.
