Where available, I linked Vs Battles and OBD profiles for the characters and provided a brief summary of the most relevant stats. I adjusted the stats a bit to account for the different versions of characters featured (for healthy Itachi and Nagato, I considered their Edo feats).

I'm a little uneasy at the some of the stats disparities between OBD and Vs Battles (speed: hypersonic+ vs massively hypersonic+ to sub relativistic for some characters; durability: building level + vs town level; attack potency: building level + vs town level), and its something that deserves consideration. I think some of the Vs Battles placements might be exaggerated (sub relativistic speed for Kisame), but I'll leave the Naruto experts to make a call on this.


My Thoughts
I think Meruem has good chances to clear the first 6. Against Orochimaru, I think it depends heavily on Edo Tensei. With no knowledge, if Orochimaru manages to resurrect Minato, he probably stomps Meruem in both forms (though Post Rose Meruem should be able to easily stop Orochimaru from completing the Edo Tensei activation when amped by his En.

The dojutsu users seem a bit too much for Meruem. All of them have hax that Meruem has no answer for (Amaterasu, Totsuka sealing, Kamui, soul rip) and even without their hax, they can straight up nuke him into oblivion (Chou Shinra Tensei, Yasaka Magatama, Bijuu blasts).

Kisame is the really interesting version I think.

Stops at Deidara unless on the ground. If so, then Kisame (if he activates his Shark Mode) or Orochimaru. Definitely stops at Sick Itachi.
Unfortunately post bomb Meruem can fly.

OT: I agree with Enma, in that pre rose Meruem can be destroyed by deidara, and stops at sick itachi in his Post Rose version.

Amaterasu is too hax, and Meruem's hill level attacks isn't getting past his bs Susanoo.

Can Oro summon the HokageΒ΄s?
He should be able to. Meruem should be able to stop Orochi from summoning them though. Post Rose Meruem with the rage blast should definitely have that ability. With his En, he probably does that I think.
