if that feat is teleporting speed what is the feat with sanji kicking oven and back time stoping ability?

Sanji's was way more closer range and using Skywalk which increases his speed. Still pretty impressive.

Nothing indicates Mereum used his wings to do that feat and his feat was a way larger distance than Sanji's.

well no restrictions and plot bb high diffs meruem at worst bb can black hole his ass and his attacks all day bb is to op without restrictions he can pretty much destroy everything from afar

is it sarcasm..?? BB can be in like 100+ pieces before he can have his black hole arm be in position. BB has no speed feat. It's obvious BB stands no chance no matter the plot unless the plot says Komugi is hostage with BB pirates.
