Polar Bear: This is my second game and I'll reiterate what Ekko has said--I don't have a concrete read of him. The only thing I know I need to consider is he shouldn't be underestimated. I think that his setup spec is NAI but it would work in his favor if he rolled scum this time. It's consistent across the board, so it makes it difficult to see if there's narratives or agenda setting.
