Everyone will start with a package in their possession - with each package having a # attached to it.

Only four of the packages have anything inside of them.

Cake told me that she can't answer lol. And to look at the wording of the role and compare it to past games or definitions online for clues

I searched doctor and it just says it protects the target from kills. no mention of trading lives.

idk a doctor gets resolved the same everywhere, if cake would resolve it different then that would be heavily questionable and would demand a bit of discussion post game, so it is safe to assume that an ethnical doctor will be used. trying to speculate about another mafia/hosting bubble that is off ethnical hosting/action resolution is always a brutal misleading approach, we also have no information to go off.
I am sure Cake knows about MS and MU guides atp, and I always treat every game as ethnically hosted unless it is heavily implied by the host, or some host-familair person, that it isn't.
So that tinfoil from MY makes no sense because Middy is obviously just tying stuff wrongly together unless he has some inbound watching mechanic.

Iif I humor possible legitimatacy behind what Yoru has told us, comparing games isn't unethical at all. Imho if Yoru isn't pulling our legs, I think that Cake is just providing us another a tool and a way to solve whether the Doc role can do the ol' Swaperoo.
I.e.; If honest, game by game role comparisons don't hurt game integrity and actually would provide us with ways to eliminate the theory that was proposed by Mid to begin with.
