Please do not begin this Minato to Juubi Jin wank, just don't even start.
He's not stronger than Base Bee by feats and weaker than war arc Raikage by feats, it's just not gonna end well.
He got blitzed by 3 or was it 1 tails Kushina, your reaction time wank is not helping you here.
He got out of warp because of FTG and Obito stated if he had used a faster version then it would have been useless for Minato.
Of which Minato himself admitted.

Base Bee can track full speed A4 and even outspeed him with a tentacle, when was he ever shown lacking in reactions?
I should be saying young Base Bee has better reaction speed than Minato who couldn't even move a single swing downwards in the time it took for Bees tentacle to move faster than A4 at top speed and push him away.
Minato could only chop away a tentacle that was already at rest.

How do you debunk an on panel feat showing both Minato and young base Bee being dead equal and with Bee even being the faster one as he got to A4 before Minato did.

Konan escaped Konan and did damage to Obito in the process, he literally was the one escaping from Konan instead of the otherway around.

It's still very much on the same level as Minato and as per Obitos statement he can go faster for both.
