It does, Yonkou scales to each other, Admirals scales to each other. Mihawk as top tier should be scale to the others.
Mihawk can easily tank a G2 attack of Luffy or Zoro cut attack, both after the timeskip could easily cut/destroy a pacifista who is harder then Steel!!!
With means yes Mihawk skin/durability should be far above iron because he don't getting one shot by G2 Luffy or base Zoro. Pacifista have a harder skin then steel.
