Oda found a way for it to happen. Part of buggys crew.

Solo it didnt work, now both luffy and buggy are yonkous, and if bb and shanks fight eachother, buggy crew will face luffy crew.

Buggy awakening will split islands into poeces, maybe they get pluton too if caribou informs them
