Only way I see Mihawk losing to Shiryu is if Shiryu himself forges a black blade, otherwise Mihawk is untouchable as Zoro's WSS opponent.

Another thing going for Shiryu possibly beating Mihawk is that it would potentially allow Luffy and Zoro to become PK & WSS at the same time if Luffy & Blackbeard fight over the One Piece. Which I think would be fitting for them as partners.
