Mihawk's 3.59B bounty is attributable to one reason and one reason only: his strength as the WSS.

And Yet bounty for Mihawk is 3.6 billion

All of which implies to being no 1 in the verse

So is Kaido confirmed significantly stronger then mihawk?

No Kaido's strength is worth 2 Billion only
1 Billion for Yonko title
1 Billion for his Rocks Credit
500 Billion for his crew.

If Mihawk had Kaido's political stats hew would be worth 6 Billion

That's why Mihawk mid diff Kaido at worst.

Kaido and Big Mom have been pirates for 30 years. Look at how much bounty has Luffy gotten in just 2 years.
Yonko title alone gives you 2 Billion boost.
Crew and Territory of course matters

Kaido is also known as Leader of Beast Pirates.
I'd say at most Kaido's strength is worth 2.5 Billion and he can give Mihawk a mid/high diff fight

He's also a former Warlord (they noted this) and if he was known as a Marine Hunter naturally that would factor into his bounty

I'm not saying his bounty would be 2 billion without the add ons but let's not act like they don't contribute at least partially

It doesn't have to be his crew since they formed an alliance. Even if they consider him a subordinate that still means he falls under a Yonko

At best you could reach and say the ferocious pirates they mentioned are supposed to be his crew (up to your interpretation) but even then all they did was talk about his past and say he made his way through his strength alone
