Captain can chose to help their subordinate..it is up to them. They have the ultimate authority.

If anyone picks a fight with Buggy, he controls his army, Mihawk has to step in.

Mihawk can not declare a war without asking buggy. He is an underling after all (Gosh can't believe I would be so happy about Mihawk not taking that pathetic yonko title and not killing Buggy), he has to yield to buggy's command.

Why wouldn't his bounty be boosted? He's the subordinate of a Yonko so naturally he gets a boost for that... who hasn't?

1. Because we are told that his bounty is entirely due to his status as the strongest swordsman in the world
   • Claiming that his bounty is boosted by being an Emperor's subordinate his denying the manga
2. His bounty is higher than his Emperor captain
   • The only known case of that in the manga
   • It is in fact Buggy who got his bounty boosted and not the other way around
3. It's not established in the first place that all Emperor subordinates get a bounty boost
   • E.g. Zoro's bounty is significantly below King despite being an Emperor's first commander

No Kaido's strength is worth 2 Billion only
1 Billion for Yonko title
1 Billion for his Rocks Credit
500 Billion for his crew.

If Mihawk had Kaido's political stats hew would be worth 6 Billion

Kaido does, they virtually dismissed his rocks Association. Since his a cabin boy at the time, an state his bounty/reputation built off his individual combat ability.

Not that any of this matter much Law already worth 3 billion. An he has no territory/fleet/ an his crew east blue lvl. The majority of his bounty strength orient. Shank/Kaido/WB/Meme all have a bounty similar or superior to mihawk regardless.
