Round 1 - Raikage+backpack Onoki slam dunk Minato's head into the gutter.
Round 2 - Minato erases them. KCM Naruto can already defeat the five kage with his speed ands skills and Minato is a stronger dude in base.

how do they deal with FTG?

In round 1? By having the Tsuchikage backpacking Raikage, lighting his body to keep up with all the bullshit Minato can pull off, grab him by the collar and punch his head off.
