Lol

Vegapunk - Ironically, he wasn't killed for being the smartest, he was saved for being the dumbest.

"They call me the Great Mind, yet they keep me locked in this golden cage because my brain is a blank slate—incapable of dreaming up weapons or looking into the past. I am just a fool who stumbled into the right laboratory, kept alive because a dull scientist is a safe scientist. If I ever accidentally learn something truly dangerous, the Marines will erase me before sundown." - Mirror Vegapunk

Usopp - Says truths which are actually fundamentally lies.

Robin - Learned a horrible truth about O'Hara and tried to make profit from her ability to read poneglyphs.

"Ohara deserved to burn. They weren't seeking history; they were hoarding a curse. When I dug up the truth of the Void Century, I didn't cry—I crunched the numbers. A Poneglyph is just a block of stone until someone needs to find a weapon or a hoard of gold. I don't read them to honor the dead. I read them because the highest bidder pays a fortune to secure their crown. Knowledge isn't freedom. It's leverage." - Mirror Robin

Jinbei - Has swapped roles with Hody Jones (who is now a high ranking official).

"Let Hody Jones sit in his high palace and play the part of the pristine government official; I know the truth of the streets. The Sun Pirates were nothing but a pack of naive fools chasing ghosts in the dark." - Mirror Jinbei

Ace - Didn't die, but he's a jerk in this universe.

"My father was Gold Roger, and my brother was a dead dreamer. So what? You think that makes me obligated to carry some grand, fiery legacy? Don't look at me with expectations." - Mirror Ace

Kaido - Attempted to liberate Wano, but Oden killed him with Whitebeard (who doesn't care if people die anymore).

"We actually tried to break the chains of Wano and bring liberation to the seas. But the moment we raised our banners, Oden and Whitebeard rushed my positions like rabid dogs. There were no grand duels, no honorable clashes!" - Mirror Kaido

Big Mom - Instead of being obese, she's a health practitioner and has periods of calm serenity rather than hunger pangs. She doesn't hoard life force, she distributes it.

"Take a deep breath. Let the serenity wash over you. The hunger for power, for flesh, for land—it is a sickness of the soul. For too long, the rulers of this sea have hoarded the life force of the weak. Come, let me distribute the vitality of the earth." - Mirror Big Mom

Luffy - Deceased. His crew betrayed him at the first opportunity. (This is the major event that caused the Mirror Universe to differ drastically creating this universe where "something went terribly wrong").

"I gave them everything. The sea, the sky, the treasure... I just wanted us to be free together." - Mirror Luffy

Princess Vivi - Without Luffy's guidance, she didn't resist Imu, and instead sought to become a Celestial Dragon for the prosperity of the Nefertari family lineage.

"The World Government is the only true shield this world has against chaos, and it is my absolute duty to secure my family's rightful place within it." - Princess Vivi

World Government - No longer acting based on a plan to subjugate and cause extinction. It is less influential and is considered the bastion of justice, now.

Garp The Villain of the Navy - In this universe, Garp was an outcast member of the Navy and was considered the scourge of the innocent.

"The Marines kicked me to the curb because I wouldn't play by their rules of 'justice' and 'protection'. Let the World Government pretend they are the bastion of light. Out here on the blue, my fists only care about crushing the weak and taking what is mine." - Mirror Garp

Dragon - Leader of a terrorist regime. Instead of representing freedom fighters, Dragon now represents terrorist plots.

"Freedom? Liberation? Those are the slogans of poets, not generals. The world is infested with chaotic, self-serving factions, and the only way to establish absolute peace is to purge the rot from the roots." - Mirror Dragon

Shanks - Never lost his arm. Instead, he never even went to Windmill Village. When he went to the Holy Land, he never came back. He viewed his emancipators, the Roger Pirates, as an evil group that abducted him.

"The Roger Pirates were lawless monsters. They tore me from my home, called it an 'emancipation,' and tried to poison my mind with their chaotic, violent piracy. I refused to waste my life spreading ruin or lingering in some pathetic East Blue village." - Mirror Shanks

Zoro - In his duel against Mihawk, without supreme confidence in himself and Luffy, he gives up the inch, Mihawk labels him a coward, and tells him to never return. There is no promise to Luffy to become the greatest or to never lose again. Later, Zoro adopts an attitude where he advises swordsmen to sell their rare swords for profit.

"Pride doesn't feed you. Sell your rare swords for profit, buy a quiet piece of land, and forget the blade before it kills you." - Mirror Zoro

Sanji - Instead of continuing the journey, Sanji asked to be dropped off at the nearest island. He eventually found his way back to the Baratie, but it was destroyed by a random pirate crew. Later, Judge discovered his whereabouts, and he was trained to be a member of Germa 66.

"You want me to comment on that? Fine. I was an idiot. I looked at that rubber-brained kid and his grand delusions and realized I wanted no part of it. I had a home. I had a kitchen. I didn't need to die at sea for someone else's impossible dream." - Mirror Sanji
