Mobile users navigation

To make the mobile navigation easier the page counts and navigation arrows who are now just in the bottom of the page should be on top too for:
- forum threads and also for
- searching results - very useful for isolating posts for one player in mafia, and for
- the list of bookmarked posts.

Also an option exists to add arrows for going on top and bottom in the right bottom of the screen.

if my explanation is not enough i can make pics for this and post them.

More redirecting sources would be very helpful I agree on that, we need to scroll up and down right now of course however this work for PC too actually unless I'm mistaken xd

Sorry for the late reply. Didn't have much time to work on it, but i added the navigation page at the top for mobile users now :)
