Kaido → Weevil (young physical brutes)

John → Vasco Shot (heavy drinkers)

Ochoku & Silver Axe → Dorry & Brogy (Brogy uses an axe)

Buckingham Stussy → Stussy (clone)

Gloriosa → Perona (some people ship Perona with Mihawk)

Well, we need a few people to form "rocks' crew, I'm using cross guild cause I like them more
A captain who's ruthless and evil: buggy
A few baddies: Black Maria as big mom, perona as new stussy, Alvida as new gloriosa
A pretry strong guy who's the smart Vice captain: mihawk as whitebeard
A smart dude who's the actual tuff rich guy: crocodile as captain John's role
A brute: queen as wang dude cause why not
An axe dude or a dude who uses a big weapon: king as silver axe just cause why not, seems funny
A limbless guy: kidd as shiki
An apprentice: the seraphim

This would be a peak crew
