Speculations Momo will get a strong adult and will be one of the main fighters (based on a theory of Marco OPT)

We now all know that Marco OPT really got it right that Kanjuru was the traitor. but He has another theory

Short Momo will get adult and strong maybe because of some effect of Toki Toki no mo or another DF . and he basically should get as stong as he would have been if he lived those extra 20 years he showed some panels that support this speculation as well
and really it make a lot of sense . especially after the last chapters , as Kaido himself wanted first to kill Momo and then let him go because he was a kid
and really seeing the disadvantage the alliance has because they have to go against two yonkos that would make much sense so imagine the adult Momo will get as strong as his father was.
another possibility would be Shinobu's DF maybe another ability that she is not aware of yet or didn't reveal yet but she was upset as Kiku told that Shinubo make things instantly rot when she touch them. she her self tell that she can let thing "mature" so she might be unaware of some other abilities
or maybe she might awake her DF and the awakened DF can affect humans and let them mature as well.
if that the case so i can see not only Momo get stronger but Kinemon , Kiku , and Raizo ask her to make them older and stronger.
so that way the alliance will get more power and better chance to defeat the 2 yonko's . and so at the end of the arc Momo can be the Shogun and the strongest Wano samurai for real and Momo will be a strawhat like his father was stronger pirate.
another one who take a use of that DF as well will be Tama who will get strong Kniochi and Momo's wife lol :D that was extra

what do you think ? :D
based on what is happening even a crazy theory might come true as well.

This is definitely possible, Bonney exists, too, after all, so who knows what other DFs there are.
I wonder what % of devil fruits we came to acknowledge thus far. Not to mention we never knew how strong the SAD was and how many properties the mythical zoans could feature haha.

Moreover the mystery about the original tree encompassing all DFs is still nowadays a huge mystery.

He will obviously be part of the battle. Showing all this training for naught if not Oda style
yeah it seems really to be that way and since as Kid he will not be much of a help i am pretty sure Oda is gonna give him those 20 years.
more who knows how his DF will developed as well , imgaine he can be a full grown Dragon as well.

Momo doesn't want to become older again. That would imply no more bathing with Robin.
hehe , i think that is why his Dad has already given him such education in age of 3 or younger. he will become an adult in matter of seconds lol that is why he needs such education. Oden has a good FS :D
and Momo might be get about the monster trio level.

This don't seem plausible. It seems obvious that he will have a role against orochi and/or kaido (dragon form, flying and assisting luffy) hence he is training.

And it would negate everything about his character, wanting to become stronger in order to avenge and protect his loved ones... instead of working hard, he will just get strong. Bad plot^1000

to be honest i think it is more plausible than waiting for Momo to grow up i think will be one of the main characters not only in this fight but more likely for what comes after that against the WG especially he has the control of Zou after all

It doesn't matter if momo fights or not, why has he to fight? And for zunisha, he can command him as a child too, so that is not a valid point. And a timeskip before the final fight isn't that unlikely.

It is unlikely since the great war should accure this year as well like Oden said

Oden never said that the great war happens in 20 years and will end in the same year. It could be years after all. But even if it would be "this year in op", again, momo doesn't have to become an adult so that he can fight.

I highly doubt it that he becomes stronger because he will be adult
There are some reasons:
  • He has no Fighting experience what so ever
  • His training is mostly swinging a wooden sword against the air or unmoving objects
  • He can only use CoO (stated in the Vivre Cards)
  • He has never really trained his Artifical DF
  • His mental age would be still that of a 8 yo

It was highly implied. Oden told Toki the moment she was waiting for will be in 20 years. She didn't travel 800 years into the future just to see what was going on in Wano.

Yes but it could be the return of joyboy for all we know.

But either way, all of that has nothing to do with momo becoming an adult. We don't even know why he can command zunisha while oden can't. Because of toki and her family? We don't know that. So momos ability/background is unkwown and so is his role in the final war.

And I for myself don't see the need of an adult momo + it would be bad writing from oda (imo).

We still know next to nothing about the Toki Toki no Mi...maybe sending people into the future can lead to a delayed reaction? Like, mid battle, Momo (and Kin/Raizo/Kiku/unfortunately Kanjuro) will suddenly grow 20 years into the adult he’d be had he aged naturally? It’s a stretch, but there’s still a lot of unknowns to rule anything out definitively.

By this logic shouldn't Toki have aged About 800 years as she stayed with Oden?
