They need a boost in their haki stats just to continue to compete. SHs are by far the weakest Yonkos in all of history as it stands

They are, as of right now, at LEAST 7 people with regen (gorosei, imu, gunko) confirmed
if we assume every GK and even some unrevealed WG faction has it its like at minimum 15 or something
There is no shot you will need haki even beyond the special pre-destinied genetic haki + its advanced form to disable that

Honestly the more I think about it the crazier it is that ALL HKs would have regen

So it comes down to 2 things:

1. That was an arrow clone and the SHs were fighting a regen copy of her. In which case it makes her even more impressive bc a clone was putting in the work and embarrassed a former warlord

2. Only Gunko has regen hax. Which means she is special even among HKs and the Imu vessel theories may be more truer than we think

I highly doubt the first one is true. The second one is more likely since we have seen Garling and Sommers age. and if that’s the case then it is still a wall that Luffy must overcome

It would also explain why Gorosei are afraid of Shanks tbh. His CoC is so powerful it can negate their hax. Luffy’s CoC is not at that stage yet
