So Moria who appeared like almost 500 Chapters before Wano and +200 Chapters before Kouzuki Family Introduction, was given a Name that is Reverse of Kozuki, only so that it's revealed He lied to Wano Samurai fearing He gets caught by them, even though He is there to Fight the guy who bullies them & will continue to do so for years, (Not to mention that First Mention of Wano was in his Arc, and his Top Zombies include Continent Puller Oars who might have Created Wano, Ryuma their Sword God & Jigoro who's another Legendary Samurai ... etc)

Wano could be where Moriah met Perona, until they both left out to sea.

One branch of the Kozuki Family could have left Wano to go to the West Blue and either they had Moria or they adopted him, then they traveled back to Wano and raised Moria in the ringo region.

At some point Moria then left Wano, as for his family they were either killed by the Beasts Pirates or they left Wano again.

The SBS child Moria from volume 63 wasn't wearing Wano clothes, so it probably happened after
