Is this the first time reading One Piece? 
- Moria escapes from Wano after fighting Kaido.
- Moria escapes from Marineford after fighting Doflamingo + PX Army cheapshotting him.
1 thing the guy is good at is escaping in tough situations where he needed to be captured.
Yet you troll don't understand the fact Oda could easily make Moria get escaped from Hachinosu island somehow, instead of putting him prison first. Oda didn't need to put Moria in prison. That obviously mean BB pirates didn't even see a value in Moria's DF, Oda definitely did him dirty and hyped BB pirates.

People already stated their reasons, Teach wants Moria to join his crew or his ability is useful so he let Moria lives, or Moria will be relevant for Cross Guild plot later on. And TC probably has DFs at that point.
But it will be better if Teach kills Moria and takes his shadow fruit to someone more competent and knows how to use it effectively. But whatever.

Oda did Moria dirty for sure.
Shiryu stole Absalom's DF but no one stole Moria's DF, they put Moria in Hachinosu prison.
Its safe to assume Absalom's DF > Moria's DF at this point.
And every BB pirate > Moria. Even the weakest BB pirate is stronger than Shichibukai Moria.
Not even mention they don't even use Moria as a bargaining chip alongside with Koby. Koby worth 500 million as ''Hero'' Marine but Shichibukai Moria is still worthless for bargaining.
Oda truly did Moria dirty. The guy once fought Kaido in the New World, look at him now he is less valuable than Koby and his DF is ignored by DF hunters.
Moriah needs to join the understanding and compassionate Cross Guild hidden Yonko Mihawk.
- Mihawk showed compassion to Crocodile and abstained from killing him in Marineford. He could have sailed by himself but he heard Crocodile sweating over the phone so he decided to give him a hand.
- Mihawk showed compassion for Perona and gave her hope regarding Moriah.
- Doflamingo showed his respect and being in awe of Mihawk without the later having to intimidate or show off. Happened both in Marineford as well as in Mariejois. Rare for Doffy.
- Mihawk found a way to make Crocodile spare Buggys life. Mihawk himself spared Buggys life in Marineford despite being attacked.
I can't remember interactions between Mihawk and Jinbei/Weevil/Law/Blackbeard/Kuma/Hancock.
It's coming true. Cross Guild will be a yonko crew consisting of those 5 from Loguetown. The last chapter showed fodder mentioning Cross Guild so Mihawk and Croc are probably already in their way.
I also like the idea someone mentioned here that Moriah will be slim after his prison time meaning he will be closer to his prime.
