Well, the original shichibukai are those she knows the best apart from Luffy and Rayleigh. Hardly strangers. They likely have mutual respect and most of them have been a bit in awe of Mihawk although they are to prideful to admit it.

The way to get ger to join is not to put pressure on her or ask her to bend the knee. That wouldnt work with any shichibukai except maybe Buggy. They are all very prideful people. So the best way is to pamper her ego.

And here we might see the genius of Buggy again. Crocodile might offer her gold (she is not interested). Mihawk might leave her alone if she says she wants to be left alone (but deep down she knows she needs the help). Buggy lacks a connection with her but he is on par with Luffy, Shanks and BB perhaps even higher in charisma. He could offer her autonomy (and she could kill him at any moment). Hancock is proud, not stupid. Cross Guild is a shichibukai role without having to answer calls from the marines to fight yonko if it doesnt benefit them.

Doffy and Moriah are enemies. I don’t know if Moriah would forgive Doffy or Doffy would give Moriah his due respect. Would be cool though. CG would, possibly, be the strongest crew.

Btw Hancock and Doffy won't join. They're conquerors and never abandoned their primary goals.

Buggy (rumoured as Yonko level )
YC1/RH Croco (he's the one who make plans that even Mihawk follows)
YC2 Mihawk (although he's the strongest)
YC3 Moriah
