I thought it was obvious that Elbaf is Usopp's Arc, that's when he Unlocks CoC or at least realize he can have it
So Zoro would definitely Unlock it before

Also if Sanji doesn't Unlock CoC this Arc, then i think he will never Unlock it, cuz for same reason, it doesn't make sense for Sanji to Unlock it "After" Usopp or alongside him

I just asked, cuz it seemed like this Morj predicted dozens of things that Fandom didn't think about, from the way he is mentioned a lot

That was yesterdays livestream, right after he talked about Sanji and CoC.

Dude asked Morj a question in a Superchat about Zoro killing Kaido after Luffy defeats him, and Morj went in.

Greatest part about the whole thing was when Morj was done, someone in the chat said "Damn, dude paid money to get bodied", I fucking lost it.
