Vegapunk probably created the thing that flew over Lulusia and fired down 16 laser like blasts. They didn't look like the Kizaru laser that he likes to put into things like the Pacifista. Way thicker.
There are many connections between Kid and Vegapunk. Both like mechanics, (electro)magnetism and robots. Both are "punks". A further parallel would be if both build railguns.
So my assertion is that the Mother Flame contains 16 railguns. One of Kid's blasts would have wiped out the Redhair Fleet. 16 of them should be able to wipe out countries.
