Versus Battle Moubu vs Shibashou

#22
We haven't seen any particular talent for tactics from SBS so far, so I'm just going to assume he relies on strength just like Moubu.

So they'll basically charge at each other. In this game Moubu is the strongest in China.

Moubu wins. He'll demolish SBS 1v1 and still have some spare strength to beat the other generals.

This is Hara's writing style.

The first battle Moubu against Kanmei:

Kanmei knocked Moubu unconscious on the horse, then Kanmei suddenly said too much nonsense, allowing Moubu time to recover and counterattack.

-> Kanmei died

The second battle, Moubu against Man'U
Man'U knocked Moubu down with just one blow, then Man'U suddenly fell into a "nothingness" state, he waited for Moubu to recover to continue fighting
-> Man'U was knocked off his horse by Moubu, then left.

What do both battles have in common? That is, the enemy kept falling into some strange situation, at first they overwhelmed Moubu, then they gave Moubu time to recover, Moubu could gain more "weight" from the flashback, he remembered his memories with Shouheikun, then immediately recovered and counterattacked.

If Hara keeps this style, it can be concluded that Shibashou will lose to Moubu like Kanmei and Man'U.

Just so I understand it correct. This is Shibashou with an army from Seika, not regular Zhao army, yes?

If that's the case then Seika high-diffs. Difference in average army & commanders is way too much.

Army composition: The Seika army relatively close to each other and has a history that'd give them a boost to individuals on their own. They were the primary reason why Ousen's strategies got shat on directly against Shibashou.

The Commanders: This is where the huge difference comes in my opinion. We've seen Raiki/Choushi before and neither have been particularly highlighted compared to even somebody like Kanou from Tou's army. In the Coalition war arc for example, neither of them stood out like there, on the other hand even somebody like Kanou who wasn't top 3 among the Ouki commanders, Hara made sure to stand out. We've had Moubu go all out in multiple arcs and his commanders haven't stood out. So it's hard for me to magically give him the benefit of the doubt of they're magically on Akou's level.

Mouki, while is an impressive strategist, however, I don't think he's in some different level from Gakushou who contributed multiple times to Zhao strategical meetings and even in executing on battlefield strategies.

Kansaro is just BY FAR a superior commander and general to anybody Moubu has on his side. Bruh is essentially Shibashou junior, with a strategical acumen to him as well + great leadership.

Shibashou - Moubu: I've always been against the headcannon fantasies of the fandom with having Moubu & Bummei as the top martial guys. And I appreciate Man'U giving that reality check to the fandom. However, Shibashou himself hasn't been exactly spectacular feats wise, his feats are still not even on Gyou'un's level. However, I'll say he can atleast push Moubu to high/extreme-diff on general 3GH martial portrayal basis. SBS could be superior, who knows. Mano e Mano is vastly different than fodder clearing afterall.
