SDverse is now LS with Sakamoto reacting to a lazer point blank. Takamura is the strongest in the verse so he should be this speed lvl or even higher.

Cant be asked but take my word for it lol. Sakamoto had a lazer aimed at his face point blank and reflected it with a pipe before it him. Sakamoto currently sits around the strongest but is still a lot weaker than Takamura. So we should assume Takamura is faster

The Tokyo Tower feat is still the best feat.
