Imu starts blitzing Strawhats and giants. While he does it, his cough gets worse and worse. He defeats people left and right (similar to what Madara did when he first attacked the Shinobi alliance as Edo Tensei zombie), but it is not clear how much of the blood he leaves behind is from those he defeated, and how much is from himself.
He frees Killingham and Sommers. They regenerate alot faster while in his proximity. They beg him to return to the Holy Land. Imu refuses and runs through more people. Then we see the Blackbeard Pirates arrving at Elbaf (Kid is with them), at the same time Shamrock teleports through the pentagram into the throne room. Imu continues his assault, Luffy and Loki are about to confront him. All of a sudden, Augur teleports Teach there. Teach activates Blackhole, to pull the sickly Imu to him. Shamrock appears and sends Teach flying with a strong slash. He grabs Imu and flees, in the direction of Aurach Castle.
The real Shanks arrives at Elbaf now, with his crew. Teach realizes he has two Emperor crews and the giants against him. Kuzan even betrays him and switches sides. Teach is sweating as much as Imu was bleeding. Shanks tells Luffy that Akainu is about to execute Bartolomeo. He apologizes for sinking his ship. Luffy's Grandfleet already mobilized. Luffy is torn between his hatred for Blackbeard and his promise to the Grandfleet to come to their aid, should they be in trouble. The Redhair Pirates are confident they can take out the Blackbeard Pirates without Luffy's help, especially now that they have Kuzan on their side. Luffy gives him back the Strawhat. They decide to talk later.
Loki declares that he has no dog in the fight, but the other giants want to help Shanks, because he is a friend of Elbaf. Loki explains that the God of Elbaf will decide the battle. Jarul has to admit that Loki is right. The other giants stay back. Only Saul joins Shanks, as he is not an Elbafian. Blackbeard- and Redhair Pirates get ready. Blackbeard smirks. while the Strawhats set sail to New Marineford.
