I think this is exactly the chapter which it doesn't make any sense to say that, since the entire point of this chapter was highlighting the importance of the relationships between the MC and the side characters. That was literally all these last 3 chapters have been about.

Just having the characters saying why Deku is important to them if i dont care for alot the charaters especially the deku.

When did I ever say otherwise, I never said "the problem of the these chapters you just dont care about these relationships" i always said this is my problem of these chapters, people have the right to agree or disagree with my feelings about these chapters, someone did agree with me but you dont thats fine, I have my own reasons to dislike or just dont care for these characters.
