I’ll summarize my issue with this, I don’t mind Dragon being relevant or strong but the issue with him being the Rain God is that if you have several Gods all on the same side, it would appear that Luffy’s side is stacked.
When it comes to these God fruits, 2 conditions need to be met; the person possessing one can’t work under another “God” and they can’t side with the other “God”.
They have to all be opposed to each other, so Greenbull and Chooper can’t be the forest god.
But then I had an idea, what if every stage of the story was meant to have 3 major big bads
With east Blue; Kuro, Kreig and Arlong. Paradise is Crocodile, Enel and Lucci. New wold are Hody, Doflamingo and Kaido(as the boss of the Yonko saga which starts in Zou). Meaning the 3 big bads of the final saga are Akainu, Blackbeard and Imu; these are your remaining “Gods” and Luffy defeats them in that order.
Blackbeard’s Yami Yami is the actual Rain God fruit
Imu’s Devil fruit is the Forest God
Akainu’s Magu Magu is the Earth God(I believe he’ll completely turn on the CDs by the end)
