Elbaf will parallel Dressrosa, Punkhazard, Water 7, Enies Lobby, and Little Garden
Here are some of the Dressrosa and Punkhazard connections with Elbaf
Dressrosa:
- Dressrosa has a villain that goes by the name Joker, Elbaf has Loki who is a trickster
- Dressrosa had one of Usopp's best moments. Elbaf will be an Usopp focused arc.
- Usopp was worshipped as a God by the giant Hajrudin, Usopp will be worshipped by the giants of Elbaf
- Luffy met an old face Sabo, Luffy will meet Shanks
(Not to mention Usopp unlocks observation haki, Usopp unlocks Conquerors in Elbaf)
(Sugar manipulated the people of dressrosa turning them into toys and has a similar crown to loki)
Usopp will defeat Loki with conqueror's haki and save people of Elbaf.
