I'd say for 1v1 combat, I would pick a Mythical Zoan. In a fight against multiple opponents, I would choose a Logia.

As for the rarity, yeah Oda seems to be retconning his set-up of Zoans being rarer than Logia which is unfortunate since there's actually many more natural elements out there that Oda haven't explore yet.

Atoms/nuclear is one of them. I hope we get to see a nuclear Logia in the future.

Since all Gorosei and Imu are now possibly Mythical Zoans, their numbers increased a lot and ''Mythical Zoans are rarer than Logia'' looks like bullshit now. That could be even a lie related to Luffy's DF being Paramecia.

Mythical Zoans:

1- Nika (Luffy)
2- Seiryu (Kaido)
3- Daibutsu (Marines, Sengoku)
4- Phoenix (WB pirates, Marco)
5- Yamatano Orochi (Orochi)
6- Kitsune (BB pirates, Devon)
7- Okuchino Makami (Yamato)
8- Onyudo (Onimaru)
9- Pegasus (BB pirates, Stronger)
+
- 5 Elders and Imu are possibly Mythical Zoans
- Stussy might be a Mythical Zoan as well

Almost 16 Mythical Zoans if Stussy, 5 elders and Imu ends up as one.

Logia:

1- Darkness (Teach)
2- Lightning (Enel)
3- Gas (Caesar)
4- Magma (Marines, Red Dog)
5- Cold (BB pirates, Kuzan)
6- Light (Marines, Yellow Monkey)
7- Forest (Marines, Green Bull)
8- Flame (Revolutionary, Sabo)
9- Sand (Cross Guild, Crocodile)
10- Mud (Caribou)
11- Snow (vacant for now)
12- Soot (Revolutionary, Karasu)
13- Smoke (Marines, Smoker)

Teach will also end up with a Mythical Zoan (Moon God). Or the Yami will be retconned into a secret Mythical Zoan

Why is it even a debate.

The manga straight up told us multiple times that Logias are the strongest DF class and it's the only class we haven't seen awakened yet for a reason

Mythical Zoans are a Zoan subclass, not their own class. Logias > Zoans as a whole, but Mythical Zoans may be > Logias

If imu also have mythical zoan then mythical zoans are going to end up being more powerful at the end. Even BB's yami fruit maybe a hidden mythical fruit just like luffy's was.
