Name One Devil Fruit User You'd Bring to Elbaf

If you could bring 1 Devil Fruit user to help the Strawhats in Elbaf, who would it be and why?

I would want a character who can do minimum one of these three things.

1. Bring in a new perspective that will be outside the Straw Hat's, to create discussion and conflict between the protagonists.
2. Bring in a character who has an existing-good relationship with Luffy, Zoro or Sanji, so we do not need to waste time establishing ties.
3. Bring in a character who has an ability that genuinely would change the arc going forward.

So I would pick Boa Hancock because she scratches all three boxes.

She brings Luffy up to speed on Reverie a bit more and on the events of her island, namely Blackbeard, Teach and Koby.
She has pretty unique powers that every antagonist would need to plan around or be stoned by.
Boa also has deep ties to the Tenryuubito and this arc happens to feature the 3rd highest rung of Tenryuubito.

can teleport anywhere on Elbaf and link the different groups

can help « healing » Loki

Can repel the monsters asap

Can repel the HK

Is overall strong

Marco is also always a good choice : can fly anywhere in Elbaf and fast, can heal and is also a regen merchant to fuck the HK over (and is really strong)

Crocodile's presence can be rationalized as he came to Elbaf to establish trade deals for the giant's support for Cross Guild. He doesn't have to be an ally to Luffy as much as he is an asset to Elbaf's defense. This would mean a sort of tug-of-war between Cross Guild and the World Government over who Elbaf decides to join with.
