Interesting theory. Whole Cake Island which was supposed to be Big Mom's arc had an entire Sanji backstory and lore clearing up what was left at Beratie arc many chapters/episodes ago.

This will happen to Nami and Zoro where Oda intentionally left a plot hole like Sanji so they can be revealed later on.

Nami definitely has one of the finest "pedigrees" out of the entire series, i bet nerona family for her.

Good old shonen shows where everyone that matters is either the reincarnation or descendant of a supernatural being.
