The average barrel of water weight about 500lbs/227kg. Nami has been shown to be capable of carrying a barrel filled with liquid without too much strain. It is heavy for her, but certainly not on an extreme case. If you were to fight Nami in physical combat, you would likely lose. Not only is she stronger than you but her combat time as a pirate make her experienced.
