She has for sure CoC haki Oda jokes turns to be true. Her weird weather abilities is the biggest sign for that.
Those with inherited abilities are always CoC.
Just like VOAT users are confirmed to be coc haki users.

Jinbe has historically been very accurate with his CoO sensing Haki.

Nami has Conqueror's Haki, but she has the same self-worth issues Sanji has. Sora's death led Sanji to feel guilt, so I'm guessing Nami is caught up on Bellemere dying due to paying for her and Nojiko.

We'll probably get a gag where Nami flashes CoC and Gaban notices, then tells her she has it.
