Ever since the first chapters of boruto where momoshiki invaded the leaf. Ninja tech is already there.

And Back on naruto and sasuke time when they were teens or kids this doesnt exist and in their whoever is the most powerful thats the one who rules this also goes back to hashirama’s time, or when tobirama was the hokage and third. And thats how the ninja world got so f up.

But lets go back to the topic. I think naruto and sasuke will use ninja techs in another level that they where before to protect the ninja world…

Weve seen how amado uses his technologies to kara and how they can absorb jutsu, create beams, virus as a weapon, even using space time. Amado’s purpose is probably this…

Boruto Next Generations: The age of ninja technology.

Sasuke and Naruto can get a temporary buff by ninja tech, but I dont think they will play a major role now. The focus will be on team 7 and Kawaki.

That's not true actually.
It's not decided based on power, it's chosen by who gets selected by existing parties and then the feudal lord chooses whatever candidate seems best to run militarily operations. It's why minato was chosen over orochimaru afterall with sarutobi deeming orochi as evil something that won over the council despite nobody disputing danzo's claim of orochi being stronger and more prodigious.

But if the hokage would always be the most powerful and the above argument does not convince you then why was tsunade declared hokage over the far stronger maito gai?
Naruto and sasuke are far weaker as adults and rank would not be a argument as if that was the case then im sure you would think that neji would beat sasuke afterall sasuke in the war arc would still be a genin unlike neji who's a jonin at that same point. Clearly bjuu enhanced sasuke just gets shredded by the hyuga trap and im just without understanding unlike you ofc

Also as for the topic ignoring the person's very poor argument, Sasuke and naruto are losing and struggling with things that should be no issue had they gotten stronger such as sasuke losing nearly all his chakra on opening portals when a near death obito could do it just fine and naruto being unable to make 1 clone to see his son but having made literal hundreds versus mitsuki in the first episode

I could always just use the direct confirmation of it which was stated in the shin arc but people always say it's a statement only position like sasori vs deidara so decided to approach it with showcases rather then shown statements
