Naruto is still the most powerful ninja about (kara members ain't ninjas). The only thing he's lost is Kurama and the bijuu transformation. Nothing whatsoever suggests he doesn't have his other abilities he's showcased throughout his series.
Sage Mode, KCM, RSM, KKG of other tailed beasts as he still has their chakra. Hell I'd go unto say that being as he already has Kurama's chakra (that he won in their fight), he can still do some limited transformation (the one against Madara, Kaguya, Sasuke).
Who knows maybe Kishimoto will give his boys some new power as compensation...who knows
