Well no. You can like something better and it can still objectively be worse than something else you like less. I can, for example, like Dandadan or idk Black Clover more than something like HxH or FMA, but it wouldn't mean the former are better than the latter, and they are not.

They are if you like it more. This isnt high art it’s Shounen. Enjoyment is the ultimate measure of a work in this genre.

I can like a dozen or so manga more than I like Berserk. But I wouldn't and honestly couldn't claim each or perhaps even any of those are better than Berserk, when they clearly aren't with perhaps some exceptions.
