The Beast Pirates are going to turn into Oden fans, and you're going to like it
Well, no you're not, but it's happening, anyway. This is the ACTUAL point of Yamato's seemingly nonsensical Cover Series: to turn the Tobi Roppo + Calamities into her own personal set of Scabbards. The similarities here are striking, besides one pair I think will have more screentime in the future (Sasaki and Black Maria don't fit as well). Between King being shown underground in Egghead during Vegapunk's speech, Yamato's Cover Series, Pluton, and more SBS info reveals, it's clear we're getting more Beast Pirate action in the future.
Let's look at the match ups:
Kinemon = King. Fire focus, Wildfire/Foxfire, both were the first to meet their "Lord". King's clothes conceal his face, while Kinemon makes clothes that conceal him. The crew met Kinemon at Punk Hazard, whereas King met Kaido at Punk Hazard.
Denjiro = Queen. Prostitue focus. Denjiro owned a courtesan/oiran service, which employed Hiyori/Komurasaki, the woman Queen was in love with. Queen was also in love with Osome, a courtesan, who he attacked during his fight in the Pleasure Hall, which offers prostitution services, against Sanji.
Kawamatsu = Jack. Both Fish-Men. Jack was introduced via the Minks, while the Minks, Inu and Neko, were the first members of Oden's group Kawamatsu met.
Asura = Who's Who. Both worked outside the law, was as an agent, the other as a criminal. Who's Who was imprisoned, and is now in Udon, where Luffy was imprisoned, while Asura ruled a lawless area. Who's Who ruled a gang of thugs, like Asura (shout out to @Etzel Andergast for this)
Neko and Inu = Sasaki and Black Maria. This one is a stretch, but, because most characters in One Piece who have either connections, or are on the same crew, are further connected when they have similar bounties. Black Maria is as 480,000,000 Berry, while Sasaki is at 472,000,000 Berry. While also suggesting that Robin is stronger than Franky, this also indicates that Black Maria and Sasaki are connected as Tobi Roppo. Who's Who and Drake are both traitors to the WG (Drake stabbed a Cipher Pol Agent, Guernika, during Onigashima to follow their own justice), Ulti and Page One are siblings, so... why the similar bounty with Sasaki and Black Maria?
Well, we've gotten Who's Who's, X-Drake's, Page One and Ulti's backstories, but, now Black Maria's and Sasaki's, so, I believe we'll see their backstories at some point in the future/see them bond.
Izo and Kiku = Ulti and Page One. This one just speaks for itself; sibling orphans taken in by the Pirate they view as their Lord. Both siblings have reversed gender roles, with Ulti being a tomboy and Page One her... victim, and Izo being a stoic, masculine man compared to the feminine Kiku. Page One fought Usopp, the Marksman Izo praised.
Kajuro = X-Drake. This is even more obvious, but, I think X-Drake will return after Yamato's Cover Series, during Wano Act 4. Yeah, these guys are traitors. Next.
Raizo = O-Tama. What? O-Tama is secretly a villain? No, it's just that she's a Kurozumi, who are even MORE hated now after Orochi's bullshit. Since Tama is persona-not-grata in racist ass Wano and Hiyori wants to use her as coals, it makes sense for her to be lumped in with the other undesirables. Tama is also Beast Pirate aligned, as Speed is now her mother (may we all be so lucky to have Speed as our step-mother, insert horny horse noises here). Raizo steals the techniques of others with his Scroll Fruit, while Tama steals their... uh... lives. Tama steals their lives. Fear Kurozumi O-Tama.
And there you have it.
Who's Who will eventually be the actual traitor, since he's a racist bitch, even though he's really cool when he's not being racist. Once Who's Who does his betrayal (he was the one who took Drake to Queen, connecting him to betrayal), X-Drake will join as the true 9th Dread Scabbard

Once Act 4 is over, the Beast Pirates will stay behind, and, ruled by Yamato's Scabbards, help protect Wano in "Oden's" stead. With the Borders Open after Pluton is Activated, Yamato is free to travel with the crew, along with O-Tama, who Luffy promised could join once she learns Ninjutsu.
And hey, why not throw Carrot in there, too?!? Eh????????
Kaido wanted Yamato to protect the land of Wano for him, and this is her roundabout way of doing it.
