The group wins. Netero is strong, but we are talking about a group stronger than any single royal guard, which Netero wont have been able to defeat. Mereum aint a step to scale Netero, as he was way much stronger. Troupe can't defeat pitou or second form youpi imo. Maybe if chrollo has some super hax only then there's a chance.
