Indeed, it could have a banner of that and then the background be a hybrid of the two's navies.

I would add to the Theme/Skin with a new Banner (or Updated) and maybe a "Home" page too

Banner can be easily decided via Forum Event Competition, whereas Theme/Skin via COTY or WCY/WCG (something unique to this place so Worst Character of the Generation, maybe?)
