Just hope with all my heart that Doffy dont join, it just dont make any sense with everything his character was, not only his story was completed in Dressrosa, but he going from rulling the Underworld to being a bun under Buggy and Crocodile is trash.
Also he and Croco would have the same place in the organization, being the Underworld mastermind of CG. It was even established that Buggy and Croco, as the new big guys on the Underworld, profited a lot of Doffy being taken out, as probably a great deal of his operations was taken over by those two groups, and are now all under the CG. Doffy just has no place in CG.
It was not even hinted that he joining is a possibility, and invading ID to save a guy who is weaker than Cracker, completely untrustworth and would compete with Croco for the same possition in the organization seems like a stupid idea. Not say that suddenly invade ID has become a easy thing? It was invaded once by the Rubber Jesus while the biggest battle of the last 700 was happening, not a normal day. Some could say they would use the final war caos to do that, but really? While every other major group is the the final part of the NW fighting for the RP and the OP, CG will crosshalf the globe to attack the biggest WG prison to save a weakling who lost all his power in the Underworld and would betray then at first opportunity? If that happen it will be the prove that Buggy is inded most intelligent than Crocodile.
CG new members cant overlap with the three leaders positions, so they cant be:
Stronger tha Mihawk;
smarter than Crocodile;
more charismatic than Buggy.
Some that i could see having what takes are, Moria and Perona, seems it was Oda original plan for then to join from the start already.
Weevil and Bakkin, Weevil still has no place in the story and seems quite strong, while Bakkin is a good side to have as former Rocks and MADS member who loves money, also it would make then clash with a Admiral and give them propaganda for "beating" Ryokugyu and creating some hype for Mihawk. Also if they save Weevil there's always the possibility that Marco was the one that make a deal with them for this to happen, so pehaps even he could become some kind of "associate", what would really put their strenght more on pair with the other emperor crews by having a clear first commander lvl guy. Another characthers i would like are Sasaki and Pekons, both former officers of Emperos that could make good mid-officers and without any connection. Apoo with some of the Numbers is too a option.
A crew like:
(Emperor) Buggy/Mihawk
(Commanders) Marco-Weevil-Crocodile
(Executives) Moria-Pekons-Sasaki-Apoo-Daz Bones-Perona
seems much more like a actual emperor crew than what they have now
