"Didn't play well" is a huge understatement

We were ass bruv. It should have not have been that close
Refs were ass, defense came in half dead and left trying to crawl back out of the ground, short week...

These are the kinds of shitty/ugly games good teams win.

Next week is going to be rough against the Packers, the Defensive Line is so fucked

Caleb is actually a good QB. I think on literally any other team he’d be the front runner ROTY. The Chicago coaching staff and o line is just so absolute trash.
Caleb is good, time will tell if he's great. I don't judge QBs until they've had at least 2 years of a stable set up. Fields didn't get that and I think he's still a talent to watch. Will Caleb have that opportunity? Perhaps. He's a #1 so y'all better, but I don't have much faith to be completely honest.

Chicago needs a consistent o-line for a few seasons to maximise his development.

Replacing their GM is just as important, IMO. One solid offseason at Offensive Line could change the entire team.
These kind of mid season changes always come across as messy and unprofessional to me. That's not how first rate organisation should handle personnel changes, and the Chicago Bears seem to have forgotten they are first rate.
