I did not watch the game, was that hit to the head the reason that Goff threw 3 interceptions?

He may get a HC position this offseason so that would make him someone else's problem next year. Though the defense did rank near the bottom of the league in yards/game and points/game, so there is a chance he will be back with the Lions next season.
